Hi, my name is Karrissaann Taylor. That's a mouthful so call me Karrissa. I am a professional Horticulturalist dedicated to the development of plant lovers and gardeners.

I love plants. Horticulture is my passion. I especially love coaching people on how to care for their plants and make their gardens successful. So to feed my passion further, I offer people my knowledge and expert skills through Plant Coaching.

My experience in the horticulture industry started in college at the University of New England. Here I graduated with a Bachelor of Science degree in Biology. It was a few years later that I decided to pursue horticulture at the University of New Hampshire. I found my niche and fell in love with taxonomy, pests, and disease diagnosis. After interning at Cole Gardens in Concord, NH for two semesters, I became their Assistant Manager. My responsibilities included caring for the greenhouse, annual and tropical buyer, certified pesticide applicator, and certified tractor trainer. Over time I also assisted in floral design and eventually took over the Wedding Consultations for the floral department. I also taught classes and educational seminars at the garden center and quickly became known as the "plant whisperer".
